What is the Homelander milk meme?

Updated:

Short answer

It is a kitchen skit from 28 October 2026: someone pours hot water into a caped hero’s mug, the hero stirs in cocoa and smiles, then the other person pours milk on the empty counter and the hero stops smiling. The joke is about Homelander’s love of milk in The Boys. The original was made with AI.

Example frame: in a family kitchen a woman in a sage-green shirt with a long side braid stands behind a puddle of white milk on the stone counter, while a dark-haired man in a plain dark-grey suit with a red cape and red gloves holds a red mug and looks at her

Why it works

It is a tiny story with a perfect sting: a hero who loves milk watching it go to waste. One fixed camera and six beats make it easy to recreate with your own face.
